September 18 - Adoptathon - Atwoods - need volunteers to transport, help with dogs, man an information and gift item booth, and possibly help with cats if cat crew is short on numbers!  WE WOULD LIKE FOSTERS TO COME TO THIS EVENT. IF YOU FOSTER A DOG, PLEASE CALL ME (NUMBERS BELOW).  We may sell baked good again if anyone can bring some. Also our shirts, bracelets, necklaces and hats!  EVENT WILL START AT 10AM.  WE HAVE ENOUGH VOLUNTEERS - WE NEED EVERYONE TO JUST SHOW UP AND HAVE SOME FUN, BUY SOME FOOD, DRINKS, JEWELRY, HATS. AND ADOPT PETS!    We could use cookies donated for the bake sale.  Bring 2-3 cookies/brownies per ziplock bag and we'll sell them for support of all the animals!

October 2 - 9am - 12 or 1pm - NSU Tailgate adoptathon at Gable Field.  Game starts at noon that day. Need volunteers to help transport and be with dogs at the event, as well as sell baked good and shirts, hats, bracelets, necklaces. Not sure if any cats will be at this event.  Would like to have several NSUSAW students at this event with their own information handy, too!  This is an excellent place to sell baked goods as people will want snacks before the game!  If you could bring baked goods, please let me know.  NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS!   Write Jan or call her at 457-5070, 207-7789.  ALSO NEED BAKED GOODS - 2-3 COOKIES/BROWNIES WRAPPED IN ZIPLOCKS!!!     We would especially like NSUSAW group to help with this event and set up a table with us and have their own information handy!  Please contact me and we'll get it set up!

October 2 AND October 3 - 10am - all day -- PetSense -- dog/cat adopathon...national PetSense Adoption Weekend!  Need volunteers to possibly wash dogs at shelter, transport dogs, help with dogs AND cats at the event, may have booths. WE WOULD LIKE FOSTERS TO COME TO THIS EVENT.
