Please be Advised

  1. CATS WILL JUMP ON YOUR CABINETS, SCRATCH THINGS AND DRINK OUT OF THE FAUCET.
  2. You must sign a contract that you will give this animal adequate food, water, shelter and love.
  3. NO DECLAWING ALLOWED.
  4. You will make certain the animal is vaccinated annually.
  5. You are to call the HSCC Cat Crew if for whatever reason you can no longer care for this cat. We will advise you on your options to place this cat in a new home or ask that you return it to the shelter.
  6. DO NOT SELL OR GIVE THE CAT AWAY FOR ANY REASON.
  7. You must have a proper pet carrier to transport any animal received from HSCC.
  8. HSCC has the right to remove the pet from you at any time, if it is not cared for properly.
  9. HSCC has the right to check on the welfare of the animal and will do so by phone or in person visits.
